As Vice President of Business Development at Creative Works, he focuses on building relationships with operators all over the world to help them become more profitable. Russ has worked with over 400 entertainment facilities on attractions mix, staff development and training, operating best practices, and more.

Sherry Howell serves as the Brand Engagement Director for CenterEdge Software where she provides operational best practices and tools to help family entertainment and amusement clients operate more effectively. With over 12 years of training in the US and abroad, she often trains on areas such as sales, marketing, guest service, guest loyalty, training, and adult learning, leadership, and more. In addition to working with and coaching hundreds of
family entertainment venues since 2014, Sherry has also spoken at IAAPA, Euro Attractions Show (EAS), IATP (US and UK), Bowl Expo, the Laser Tag Convention, and at various seminars for other entertainment and amusement industries.
