Birthday University – Terms & Conditions

By signing up for Birthday University’s online modules, you agree to the following:

1. Monthly Subscription

• You are subscribing to a recurring monthly billing plan.

• The current monthly rate is based on the subscription plan purchased at the time of purchase, this rate is billed automatically every 30 days from your signup date.

• Pricing is subject to change. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

2. Access to Online Modules

• Your subscription grants access to all current Birthday University online training modules.

• Access continues as long as your subscription is active and your payments are up to date.

3. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]

• Cancellations stop future billing but do not issue refunds for the current billing period.

• Access to the modules ends at the end of your current paid month.

4. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or dissatisfaction after access is granted.

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.

• Access is for one individual only. Sharing login details is not allowed.

6. Content Ownership

• All content in the modules is the property of Frank Price and FL-Price.

• You may not copy, share, or distribute the training materials without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the changes.
